Technology, Engineering, and Management (TEAM) program
Queen’s University Kingston Ontario Canada
The Bowman Centre has sponsored a series of projects exploring commercial opportunities to use Alberta oil sands bitumen that does not involve combustion as the intended purpose of the end product. In other words, Bitumen Beyond Combustion.
Since 1995, T.E.A.M. (Technology, Engineering And Management) connects 4th year Chemical Engineering students from Queen's University with participating companies to work on topics of real-world interest. The program provides an opportunity for students to practice their profession while businesses gain valuable business and technological insights from the students.
These reports could not have been accomplished without the collaborative efforts of those who helped organize the program at Queen’s University and the Associates of the Bowman Centre for Sustainable Energy.
